Digital (Commercial) TV
Got home last night and (as I have nearly every night this month) turned on the digital set-top-box and did a scan for new channels.
Huzzah! Prime have started broadcasting digital in Albury! With but one day to spare before they hit the February 2005 deadline that they had given the DBA!
So now I have a channel 6 ("PRIME Albury") to sit right next to ABC and SBS.
At the same time, ABC have replaced one of their channels with a teaser for their new channel (ABC2), and another with a new data-only channel called 'ABC Guide'.
Things are finally moving digital-tv-wise on the border!

I'm so glad you got home! There are many alternatives to not getting home, some of which aren't very nice.

Actually, there is really only one alternative to *not* getting home, and that's getting home. :)

Yeah, I should've said something like "The alternative to getting home is not getting home and some of the causes of not getting home could be quite nasty."
