Jensen Harris has released a bunch of screenshots of the official UI for Office 2007.

I think the final look of the ribbon is really slick. Love the use of colour, and the idea of being able to apply different "skins" to the UI will be welcome to those in different lighting conditions where maybe the light-blue is not as readable as, say, black and white.
